Raf is a component of a signal transduction pathway leading to increased gene expression through the c-Jun DNA binding site, AP1.

Synonym: mil raf proteins, mil raf protein kinases, raf proto-oncogene proteins, proto-oncogene proteins raf, proto oncogene proteins c raf, proto oncogene protein c raf.
